Good location in Chiang Mai

It my second time at this hotel. It is a cheap clean hotel in a good location however the biggest downfall of the hotel is the breakfast food, where it is cooked first thing in the morning and by 0800 in the morning it is cold or supplies of food has dwindled and is not replenished. As a result I only ate in the resturant for 3 of my 8 days at the hotel. With the bathrooms they are small but are adequate but it should be noted that they do not have a supply of hot water at the washbasins. Despite these problems it has not put me of staying at this hotel.
