Upon Check in hotel,it was a mess. unable to put us in the deluxe room we request. The joining rooms with parents was not available. Another booking for 2 rooms was cancelled but they were able to find us rooms at the end. Finally, we were all upgraded. But we only get our room around 4.30pm. ....

Very nice Hotel, great location and easy to move around (there is also a free shutle bus to Central Shopping Mall). I did love the room, the location, the food, the decor, the outside bar.... service needs a big improvement and better management (mostly during breakfast time... it's a mess!). 2 sw....

I spent only 3 nights in Chaing Mai,and I am glad I made the right decision to stay at the Imperial Mae Ping Hotel I am organising now my return in December, Thailand is a beautiful country and their people are very friendly and courteous Regards Jose
