Upon Check in hotel,it was a mess. unable to put us in the deluxe room we request. The joining rooms with parents was not available. Another booking for 2 rooms was cancelled but they were able to find us rooms at the end. Finally, we were all upgraded. But we only get our room around 4.30pm. On New Year Eve Compulsary Dinner we went to the front desk ask for our table arrangement for the evening. They told us all was find. But there was NO table setting for us at the New Years Eve compulsary dinner. We have to fight for one. There were 11 +2. We were all very upset. But the NY Eve dinner, entertaining was great! In future, do not impose on customer in hotel on N. Y. Eve dinner if they are unable to cope. There are many places we can choose. Hotelthailand.com should make sure on line booking are honour and not for customer to take chances upon check in. I hope you take this matter seriously, finally I would like to tell you that we are all very disappointed in many ways (even though we are upgraded, because we were all too tired to complain at that time).
