I asked for a non-smoking high Loire, with king bed if possible, which was fine except it was located on the side without a nice view + there was a boom boom disco going until 3am !!! which makes it very unpleasant. Ask for room on front side of hotel.

This hotel was really perfect for our stay in Chiang Mai. Its a really reasonable hotel considering the quality of its rooms and the amenities it has.
