one of the worst hotel I've ever stayed

I go to Thailand all the time for meetings/conferences. This time I stayed at this hotel as the one I regularly stay was fully booked. The hotel is huge and old and reminded me of the movie "Shine". The room was spacious and the bathroom was fairly clean, but I suffered from the smell of cigarettes which seem to have stained in the wall of the bedroom over many years. Hotel staff were all very unfriendly. The breakfast was also of a poor quality. Only thing that was good for this price was their spacious swimming pool. The swimming pool seemed to be the only part in this hotel that was maintined reasonably well. Overall, I will not stay in this hotel again, as there are many other smaller but of better quality hotel, with friendly staff and better food.
