We booked and paid for a "delux bungalow" for 2 adults and 2 children for 3 nights through HotelThailand. The room was too small for our needs so we moved to a bungalow with two adjoining rooms. Despite booking the additional room directly with the owner (for two nights as we decided to leave early)....
