Disappointed

We booked and paid for a "delux bungalow" for 2 adults and 2 children for 3 nights through HotelThailand. The room was too small for our needs so we moved to a bungalow with two adjoining rooms. Despite booking the additional room directly with the owner (for two nights as we decided to leave early), we were still charged a 3% booking fee (supposedly going to HotelThailand service) on that room inlcuding 3% on the food we ate at the resort! Furthermore, the owners weren't prepared to roll the night we were forgoing into the cost of the additional room. In one of the rooms, the airconditioner didn't work nor did the urn. Both essential with young children. The bathrooms were covered in ants and insects - some were coming out of the showerhead. The pool was over chlorinated and gave my 3 year son a bad itchy rash on his body and legs. The food, however, was good and the location is nice.
