The only negitives were, it took a few times before the bath tube would drain without a long wait but it was outside so can't really fault the hotel for that. The other thing was tv would not come in clear not that we spent a lot of time watching it but when we turned it on it was hit or miss if it ....

A fantastic hotel outside Chiang Rai

The hotel and the staff were very nice but as soon as you needed something extra, like a transfer to the airport (10 min away), then they charged way too much compared to what a taxi or a tuktuk would have cost.
