Overall are satisfy stay at Novotel Central with great value of Money 1800 Bath per night. The location was really strategic center of town. Easy to reach all kind of stuff serrounding of hotel. Will recommend friend and family to stay at this hotel.

Only thing have to comment is the front desk service staff not willing to answer your question,I booked a room for 3 person but they give me a room with one bed,inform the front desk ,and take about few hours to solve the problem,i have to call for few time only they respond on this issue,that what....

I have stayed at the Novotel Hadyai many times and have always been happy with their service. During my previous stay, I had left some very important documents at a hotel in Krabi. The staff at Novotel very kindly and efficiently helped me retrieve the documents.

Although a little more expensive than other Hat Yai hotels, the Novotel Centara was still good value for money. The staff were 1st class, and location is second to none.
