The hotel service was quite good,and when we ask them where the place located they are willing to help us.In addition,the room was clean and comfortable to stay,but i feel quite dissapointed of the extra adding bed,the bed are so lousy compare to other hotel.

The hotel is a bit old and unrenovate. The carpet very smelly, maybe its because the hotel was just recovered from the flooding. The bathroom shower is terrible. However, the hotel is just right located in the busy street and convenience to go for shopping and food. We stayed for 1 night then c....

Hotel Location is Ok,except that when check in ,room was not clean yet.During the night found that wall and dressing table light was not working.Service was good when front office was inform about this.Reception was friendly.

The bathroom is dimly lighted making bathing unpleasant and shaving difficult. Otherwise everything is above average. Value for money, excellent locaton.

We stayed at the Diamond Plaza hotel on our way to Phuket, so Hat Yai wasn't a destination in itself. The hotel was somewhat dated, including the lift and rooms, though everything worked as it should. I'd say it is a reasonable place to stay if you're not there more than a few nights. The bes....
