The hotel is located within walking distance of 1km to central shopping and food stalls in Hat Yai city central. It is very close by with the cloths markets. Location of the hotel is outstanding and easy to find. Just like any other hotels in Hat Yai, the taxi or so call Tud Tud is just at the do....

The locale is close to the shopping areas. The room ia spacious but the bath tub is small. There was no bath gel given and you need to pay for the coffee and tea in the room. There was limited choices for the breakfast buffet.

The service is not good in the hotel provided by the front desk . As I know this is not a five star hotel so decide to book on suite room but the room given is not up to standard. I have book 2 suite room and before this check wz the staff here i need adjoining room or at least next to each ot....

The grating of this hotel is 7.2 seems quite attractive to me however it was totally not as our expectation if compare to others hotel with the same rate,for example the Mayflower hotel.

Hotel was good value for money and convenient location and clean. No complaints except on the first night there was some street noise (music) which I could hear even though I was on the 8th floor. Next night was quiet.

i m happy that hotel did not charge me for additional bed since i was in budget tour, this was surprising me =) The staffs of Golden Crown Plaza Hotel were friendly and nice.

We are there for 4 nights, is a bit long. good location inbetween lee garden plaza & kim yong market , located at one of the main street. 1st day check in , there's ants & a small cockcakes visited our room but after that i think the housekeeping spray the next morning so i dun see these small frien....
