Overall the stay is ok, location is good. Room is big but very dark, needs to have more brighter light. Wifi is not working. We need to change elevator in order to get back to room from the plaza mall downstair, not convience and abit dangerous if kid run inside cause the door close very fast and pa....

It was a plasant stay.I'd no complains with the Hotel Admin.except for the staff and room services; maids who seems to be mischevious and rude.They holding master keys to all rooms are gaining acess without valid reasons. It really make our stay to expectations though it might be a little bit irritated by some inconsiderate guests making unnecessary din in the best hour of our dreamland. Anyway, it's tolerable with the festive moods.

for the same rates, other hotels in Hadyai offer better value for money...rather old deco's in hotel rooms, internet connection is terrible even at lobby area(power points not funtioning).

The rooms were good but the bathrooms were poor because the sink was blocked in room 2209. There was water dripping all night in room 2207 in the bathroom. And in room 2201 I have reported that there was water coming down from the ceiling. It stopped dripping after awhile. This could be because some....

1) Good location has attracted me to this hotel 2) No provision of drinking water or hot water flask which is inconvenient to request everyday. 3) Hotel interior e.g. carpets/TV is getting worn out. Makeover could be considered to also optimise the high ceiling they have at the reception cum break....
