We had a good stay in the hotel. But we were extremely unhappy with having to pay for ice requested. Housekeeping staff were very helpful. Reception n Concierge staff could be more friendly as at first glance not very friendly or service orientated . They should b more helpful to customers a....

I booked the rooms via HotelThailands weeks ago. Was disappointed that we were given lower floor rooms (4th floor with the air-condition compressors as our neighbor)despite requesting for higher floor. Hotel claimed they didnt receive notice. The evening was painfully loud with compressors' sound ....

The hotel is clean eventhough we went there one week after the flood. The staff also very helpful and the bed is big enough. However, one thing make us quite disapointed was they don't have hot water. But overall, I'm quite satisfied with the hotel. I think i'll stay there again.

Room is good size for 2 adults and 1 child. House keeping Service is good.( Need more smiles from reception and Concierge though ) Overall service is satisfactory. Opening the emergency door during day time to let out stale air is good but this also brings in mossy in the bedroom. Bathroom cur....

One of the good hotels in Hat yai, price is reasonable also. Service at the reception is good with bell boys recommending you places to visit. Location wise, it's in the middle of the shopping district, just a short walk. Pretty good stay
