We did stay for 2 nights in the jasmine private villa and it was nice, good beds, nice shower and a small private garden where you can sit very nicely. rooms smells like essential oil, and is very complete. Dissapointed regarding the location so far away from the city centre. I first picked Hilton as was close to the centre, then could not get and this hotel was suggested to me, i think should not have been as was too far away, my fault i did not check, but there should be extra warning when pick anoth....

The resort was nicely decorated and the food was good including the buffet breakfast. The service staff are also friendly but sadly they speak minimal english. However, the picture in Hotel Review showed a long garden in the Jasmine room package, however ours was just a very tiny garden. So that ....

We stayed at the 2 B/D Pool Villa, but the design in one of the bathroom is horrible. If you are taller than 5.5 feet then it is impossible to use the toilet seat without hitting your leg. Plus there is a huge bath-tub right in the middle of the bathroom, you need to climb into the bath-tub in order....

Very nice hotel and really great facilities, but as the staff barely speaks 2 words of English, the stay was I'm sure, not as nice as it could have been. It was complicated to order food, cleaning or any other stuff, as most didn't understand what we said... Otherwise, a little piece of heaven f....

-RE THE GOOD- Clean Room & great shower (when the sun wasn't up). The Spa atmosphere and staff there working at the spa were excellent. -RE THE BAD- Not very private, Bathroom got very hot during the day time & there should be more plants to create more shade and battle the day time heat. ....

The gym is rather small. The swimming pool area could have expanded to the pond area. The pond area is such a waste. There were mosquitoes, esp. in the bathroom area. Maybe some units could have outdoor shower or juccuzi like those in Banyan Tree, Phuket. Room could have some DvD music player....
