This hotel is too old, almost 15-years. So everything is too old. Elevator is so small, can accept only 5 person for each elevator.so for the high floor guest are so inconvenient. even I use stair.....it was better. For the extra towel, you need to pay 50-Baht??? Can you imagine? I've never been this kind of hotel. About staff, I don't know that they can speak English or not... There are so many foreigners, but most of staff cannot speak English. Compare price, it's terrible again... Rooms are too old, looks local poor room....T_T I will not choose this hotel again...... Really Disappoint. And Angry about their policy, Facility.
