Noisy construction work

The service was good and I have been told by a friend that the hotel is very nice when there is no construction work. There was noisy construction work from about 7 in the morning at the hotel. There was a warning about the construction work when booking, but it was more extensive and at longer hours than we were told. The air condition made too much draught, especially where the beds were located. It was not possible to turn down or off the air condition without turning of all electricity by removing the key from the key holder. There was a bad smell in the bathroom when the air condition was turned off, but other from that the room was very clean.
