nice resort though a bit far from the center of kanchanaburi town, staff was good and helpful tried to assist with each and every problem that we had, we believe that it might use a refurnish to the rooms which were fair to good, but we expected better

hotel in good location but looked tired and needed a coat of paint especially the bathroom. the front desk staff were good and got us an english speaking taxi driver who was excellent and took us around the area .the pool is in a lovely setting but a shame it was a little dirty.it is the first hotel....

The staff were always courteous and when my son had a fall resulting in an injury they could not have been more helpful. ....
