Nice and relaxed stay....

We choosed a hotel outside Kanchanaburi just for spending some relaxing days. The hotel is located in a rather big park...very nice for walking...and for kids there were activites and tracks and besides a very nice pool. The food was very good, front desk service as well. A Very Disappointing Experience

The hotel is completed unmatched with the photos and star rating (4.5) we saw the internet -- http://www.hotelthailand.com/kanchan/pung-kwainoi/gallery.html. The front deskk has a plate shows it is only a 3-star hotel. The room looks very old and everything poorly maintianed, and it is dirty ....
