A Very Disappointing Experience

The hotel is completed unmatched with the photos and star rating (4.5) we saw the internet -- http://www.hotelthailand.com/kanchan/pung-kwainoi/gallery.html. The front deskk has a plate shows it is only a 3-star hotel. The room looks very old and everything poorly maintianed, and it is dirty with spot on the bed. It took 2 calls to get the front desk to deliver additional pilows. Worst of all, all of us got "kiss" by ants in the room.
