Centrally located, inviting hotel

I have stayed at the River Kwai Hotel before. This time the hotel was under renovation and the pool was included in this action. The hotel is very central to all activities that you will see while in Kanchanaburi. I think that the food & beverage staff need to be able to speak english a little better and this will stop any confusion when ordering meals. All travel bookings made, the tour operators came to the hotel to pick us up. The customer service lady speaks very good english and should be utilized to ensure that you have a hassle free experience.
