Most disapointing stay ever in Thailand

The location is very nice, you can only reach the location by a boat but that is no problem. We had the chalet with jacuzi and the jacuzi only works with cold water ( so it is no jacuzi) The room in the chalet is not clean and dirty. Minibar contains only water, only TL and energy saving lamps. This is not a 4 star hotel but a place for backpackers. Most guest from Russia and they are very loud. The swiming pool is nice. Bar closing at 9 PM so after that you are on your own in you smelly dirty room. We booked 3 nights but run away after the 2nd night. It would be better not to advertise with 4 stars... the only stars there are the ones you can see when you look up. Food is reasonable but far from outstanding. Friendly staff. Minivan to Bangkok was offered for THB 5500. A taxi brought us back for only 1800 THB. We visited a dance show (200 THB) the group looked they are dancing not for fun but because they had to... no fun at all. If you want to see bridge over the river kwai it it is on 60 KM distance. Location is NOT kanchanaburi but in the middle of nowhere 58 MK from Kanchanaburi.
