Very bad experience with the bathroom as The heater doesn't work properly.Difficult when you wife are long hair ! TV very old and no cable or satellite very nice pool ,good for children but expensive as there don't provide towel ! Nice activity around hotel . Regards

The hotel room itself was ok. Beautiful area/location. I booked the hotel because i was excited about the Aqua park/pool area for my 3 year old boy. The website does not mention the extra cost per adult for the Aqua park. So i was confused and disappointed. English speaking is limited here.

After having seen the impressive hotel website, i must say that we were rather disappointed. Good: We picked this resort for its good location - near lots of eateries and Khao Yai attractions. It's a big resort with lots of entertainment facilities and 2 huge restaurants. Nice decor in Premi....

Problems included moldy, dirty tile in Shower, sink faucet missing diffuser so water sprayed out sideways, hot water heater kicked off after about 30 seconds to 1 minute of hot water, even after calling twice for the hotel engineer to come and fix it. The power plug under the headboard was dangerou....

The Balcony restaurant was very good...excellent food at reasonable rate. The breakfast was good too. The rooms are OK...no lift though... The Life park has got a good range of entertainment and rides... The bathroom, especially the water heaters are outdated and inefficient.

Lovely hotel in nice setting. Covenient for national park although own transport is needed. Very friendly staff but limited English spoken making arranging a tour was difficult.
