Kosahotel in Khonkean is the best hotel for family,the service of the staff is excellent,very effcient, always smilling. The price of the rooms is not too expansive. Vey good hotel.

the staff at the kosa hotel were very attentive and courteous in every way. the buffet breakfast was superbly presented and offered a good selection of dishes. there was live music in the evenings and a karaoke bar that was good fun. ....

No emergency comb, lotion, or toothpaste. staff had little english--hard to communicate. poor communication between staff-one said no charge but another wanted to charge later.

Kosa was a disappointmen. Yuou can see it has been a fine hotel, but is a long time ago. Many rooms face in to the back of another hotel, the brakfast was not goog and the service was poor. Some of the time there was even no hot water.
