Overall the text about the hotel is a little too "good to be true". I understand that "that's the way it always is", but as maintenance isn't Thai people best feature, the text is mostly relevant when the hotel is new and not 10-15 years later. As an example; the madras’s of the sun-beds where all more or less uncovered with the original plastic cover - because of the many years in the sun. How nice is that to use, even if you have a towel on top? They say they have WiFi at the hotel, but they don't say that it will cost you!? That kind of “not telling the whole truth” always makes the guests mad, more or less. Most of the staff at the bars were not trained to mix the drinks on the drink menu (!) - That’s bad too. It's always the weakest link that makes the Hotel rumour for the future.
