Good position directly on the beach.With high tide there is very little sand beach and the water almost reaches the bars and restaurants. In the evening beautiful with all the restaurants with fantastic lights and tables directly on the beach. Outside on the street quite many shops and restaurants.....

The old side is bad. The toiletseat is much to small. The tw is bad. The curtains are hold bij paperclips. The new side is very good.

Nice to Stay in Koh-Chang

Nice hotel for location like Koh-Chang. Swimming pool is really good right on Beach. Resort area is quite well maintained and main beach is also good. Tour arrangements are also moderate from resorts as well. Over all stay was really good.

Really beautiful hotel on White sand beach, wonderfull helpfull staff always smiling. Breakfast was awesome, all sorts offered. The restaurant food was good and fairly prized also. Beach was clean and beautiful but a bit small. Great pool and plenty of seats for sunbathing. Perfect place to rest exc....

we loved our stay at kacha resort we stayed there as our son and his wife had stayed and recomended it to us,we did have a problem with our room but tim fixed this for us.the only major problem we can give you is the lack of english speaking persoal on the front counter,yhis did cause us cmmunicatio....

Woderful stay at Kacha Resort & Spa

The location was very good. Just at the beach and the other side shopping. Still it was quiet at nights. Nice and clean bungalows, helpful staff, a very nice and clean poolarea. Good breakfastbuffé. We can really recomend this place. For children families perfect.

The hotel has a nice location and a nice pool close to the beach. However I had a bad experince since one of the staff stole my mobile phone inside the room when we was at the pool.
