Nice hotel, great tours and excursions

We stayed at the Koh Chang Resort & Spa Hotel, April 2008. We booked a 4 days, 3 nights stay with pick up at our hotel in Bangkok. We primarily chose the hotel because of its location, the pick up in Bangkok, tour packages and possibilities for renting kayaks. We were very satisfied with the arrangement, we were picked up at the exact time in Bangkok, 5:30 in the morning and arrived at the resort for a delicious lunch at noon. We were 3 persons in our room, the third person had only a madras on the floor, a bit disappointing because we paid full price. The staff on the hotel is very friendly and very helpful.
