Great resort if you get the right room

The Weangthai Resort was beautiful, right by the beach, infinity pool, great poolside area and very modern reception. However due to the poor reservation forms on your website we were misled to believe we had booked a superior room on the resort, only to arrive and be given a standard room at the hotel. This room was five minutes from the main resort beside a busy road and above shops. It was dirty and the air con unit did not work properly. We tried to explain the misunderstanding to the reception staff; however all they could do was offer us an upgrade at a cost. In the end we had a great stay, but we were very disappointed to have to pay extra for a room we thought we had booked in the first place. My suggestion is to make your reservation forms much clearer so the visitor isn't disappointed on arrival.
