Ao Prao is a very nice beach. Beautiful and relaxing. Hotel bedroom is very basic. It has 3 stars standard only. No decoration and even no enough lighting for reading a book. Concierge and room service are ok but front desk service is very fair. No hospitality service and a distant service. Overchar....

Ao Prao is a very nice beach. Beautiful and relaxing. Hotel bedroom is very basic. It has 3 stars standard only. No decoration and even no enough lighting for reading a book. We spent four nights in Ao Prao,Ko Samt for the first time. The resort enjoys a fantastic location: Peaceful, clean, beautiful beach bay with green scenery. Ao Prao has 4 Beach Front Cottage which are very tasteful designed & decorated.We have stayed in one of them and enjoined a luxurious vacation....

The Ao Prao is a wonderful little spot on the west side of Ko Samed. It's isolated from the other bungalows and bar scene, so if you're looking to party, this is not the place. Returned from long weekend at Ao Prao Resort in deluxe room (Sept 08). First the good: 1. Beautiful location & scenery 2. White sandy beach and bay 3. Very nice reception & restaurant area 4. Bathrooms in room were large and modern 5. Remote location away from more tourist areas 6. Le Vim....

We had a fabolous time at the Ao Prao Resort. We were there for 3 days and opted to extend our stay with one additional night. Our almost 2-year old son was extremely well cared for and while we dined at the hotel facilities many waitresses stopped by and played with our son making our dining a bit ....

The oceans warm, its awesome! the resort is new, as are the roads, if you get the back of the truck thats a taxi try going to the local town, head to the beach, eat sitting on mats n pillows on the sand and watch the stars while eating BBQ food, or many other choices, all much cheaper than the resor....

I enjoyed staying at Ao Prao. It was B+ in generall - Nice atmosphere, clean, nice staffs. But it could be a bit boring if you stay more than one night. No activities you can really enjoy at the resort. The price is also a bit higher than what you can actually get. Especially for the FOOD! Don't eve....
