nice beach but a very basic hotel

Ao Prao is a very nice beach. Beautiful and relaxing. Hotel bedroom is very basic. It has 3 stars standard only. No decoration and even no enough lighting for reading a book. Concierge and room service are ok but front desk service is very fair. No hospitality service and a distant service. Overcharge price for the value that we can get from the hotel.
