The room I originally booked was terrible,dark ,no view,air cond very noisy ,rat running on the ceiling and funny smell .And the price I booked on the website was about 20% more than the walkin rate at that time . The feeling of been cheated was overwhelmed me when I checked in that day. I have no choice but to upgrade my room . The breakfast was free for all guests ,but I was told my booking was excluded breakfast . So I think it is time for you to update your review on this hotel ,rather than giving false information to your guests .There is no warm in this hotel , no friendliness and smile .
