lost booking in krabi

My 8 friends and I arrived at "beach terrace" hotel in Krabi, Thailand. I gave my hotelthailand hotel voucher to the receptionist only to be told they had no record of my booking. They were talking to their manager, telling them it was booked through hotelthailand.net and as a result they did not have any record of our booking and therefore didn't have any rooms for us. We were then put in the back of a transfer shuttle type ute, and driven to their sister hotel, which was no where near the beach (the beach side location was the reason we had booked the initial hotel). For the 5 days we were in Krabi we had to catch various forms of transport, wasting time and money to get to the beach and into town. Really disappointing experience with hotelthailand
