We were happy to come back to Railay Bay Resort and we discovered with pleasure the renovation and additions made in the resort. Our cottage were great, nicely decorated, very simple and practical. Good access to wifi and quite quiet. The only issue we had was a unpleasant check-out, with misunderstandings regarding a small bottle of mineral water we never drunk (from the mini bar). Honestly, hotel owners should consider another policy for minibar, as it's always a source of frustration for the guests and for the staff.
