Best Resort by a clear mile!

When we arrived at the Resort, we were not greeted with a smile and there seemed to not be anyone wishing to help us. However, once the checkin process was completed, our concierge "Bill" was amazing! He showed us to our room and around all the facilities. He made up for the lacking at the front desk for sure. I have never seen a pool so beautiful and inviting. Our room was huge with a bathtub and a shower which was a nice option for us. They even offer all the amenities you could possibly need. We definitely feel that we got our money's worth. The food was delicious and the bed was cozy. The spa was disappointing...small and very expensive. My massage in Bangkok is only 200 baht and was much better, don't waste your money! Overall, we enjoyed our experience with Railay Village Resort and Spa and will DEFINITELY be back again!
