we were not warned that building work is ongoing.lots of disruption and noise.would not go again, as management unhelpfull.great location though.

Very much enjoyed my stay. Pai is a great little town and the Belle Villa was like an oasis of calm after the noise and hustle of Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Loved the grounds, the pool and the tastefully appointed room.
