All Staff very frendly. Breakfast average with little selection. Internet connection failed for a day and a half. Only went for dinner on one occasion. The food was the worst we have had in any hotel in the world. It was uneatable and we sent the food back to the kitchen and went to eat at a hawker stall. The manager did not offer to pay for our drinks, this was the least he could have done. I will not recommend this hotel even though the staff were of high caliber. You may want to consider a rebate to us as we did not get what we paud for.
