Fine but too expensive

Hotel is far from everywhere so good only for people with car or motorbike. View is wonderful on Khanom and see. Rooms are vey fine with a stunning barhroom set in a wonderful garden full of plants, flowers and statue. This is all: room and view. I expected more for a 4 - 5 star hotel and for the price I have payed. Service is poor: only in reception they speak english and are eager to help you. During my stay there were nobody in the bar near the swimming pool; so no jacuzzi and noone cleaned pool. Swimming pool is small and open to non residents abd the chairs are not sufficient. The hotel has no beach but a free transport to a beach nearby. There is a parking lot too small for all the hosts. During my stay hotel had a lot of party. During the party you have no quiet in pool and the chair are used only for the new hosts (I had mine but I had to quarrel a lot). The day after the pool was dirty but noone cleaned: I sat for 3 days near the same pair of dirty glass, pool was full of stone throwed by children, in the fountian floated plasic bags. Breakfast is not so good. I had a la carte o buffet. If you have a la carte you have problem because maid don't speak english, They don't refill your cup of tea (no lemon, sometimes milk). If you have a buffet breakfast, you'll find nothing after 9 o'clock. It'is a pity because hotel is really fine
