we had 2 rooms booked for my wife and i + my daughter and her boyfriend, the rooms were ok, linked by a shared balcony and an adjoining door, twin beds!!!
we got bittern every time we ate in the resturant, my daughter got bittern so bad that she had to go to hospital (1st visit)
the hotel was more....
Bad taste of food, service of staffs was just ok. bad view, bad environment, no activity in the hotel at all. Breakfast doesnt have much choices...i wont definitely come back to this hotel again :(

When we got here we were gretted by the staff, which is normal for most hotels.
At the check-in, we were given a drink and a wet towel due it being very hot that day. Check-in was a breeze. Went to the room very nice open big room with a bacony over looking the pool. service was great, no complaint....
It could be a nice hotel but it is aimed more at the Russians tour info around only in russian. TV in room not aimed at english no CNN no BBC stayed at better hotels for less money in Thailand. It's a shame as it looked nice but will pick another place next time.
Really is a beautiful facility located next to the beach. My only complaint is the smell in my room. (Room 131) First it was a sewer smell in the bathroom when I checked in, then when I turned on the air the entire room smelled. The air conditioning unit needs serious attention. The hotel staff....

Repeat customer and will go back again! Go for the garden rooms which face the pool on ground level. Individual porch with table and chairs just steps from the pool. Get out early (8 am) to claim your pool side spot right outside your back door or the guests from the other floors will beat you t....
