My boyfriend & me took a double room on the 2nd floor in Baboona last summer. The hotel located right in front of the beach. You can just go down, have a swim & go back to your room, like the beach is one of their hotel facilities. Very model & clean room with excellent balcony facing the beach (will have a even better view on the 3rd floor I reckon),& their staff are helpful. Definitely worth more than we paid.
