Why was there no hot water ?. I contacted the service desk who promised they would fix this. My request seemed to have fallen on deaf ears. I went to the spar next door & still no hot water. Is this because of the climate ?

Ask that you wire the AC where it doesnt shut off when the key is removed. Displeasured coming in from the hot weather to a hot room. Would prefer the AC be left on while I was out of the room and come into a nice cool room. I know you are possibly trying to saving energy, but you can purchase units....
