Staff were great, have stayed in this Hotel on numerous occassions. great location and Price is fare. But on many occassions have booked a taxi for the next morning, it does not turn up ontime or the booking has wrong location drop off. Not good. Have missed my plane back home two times now.N....

I was totally impressed with all the friendly, informative and accommodating staff at the Flipper House. It's the main reason why I would return. I liked this hotel very much with 2 exceptions. The king size bed was 2 doubles put together which was ok, but it was very hard and uncomfortable for my back. Also, the price was ok but the extra charge for wifi access was unreasonable, 150 baht per day! If you want the best price for a room at Fli....

my only probem whith the hotel was the balconey could not be used because it was taken up with the air con unite.and the view was a white wall 3 to 4 feet away.wich did not let in much light.for the money i paid for the room disapionted
