This Hotel is a great place for the dudes who are out there with family to Pattaya. The Jomtien beach is right in front. Most of the corwd is Thai Family (most of them from upper level of society), no typical Pattaya like hangout. Swimming pool and Restaurant is good. They have tried to provide ever....

Front Office had no proper manners and not even a greetings.Staff can't understand English and we have ommunication problem.Toilet got no shower curtain,air-condition not function properly.Limited TV channels.Pool got no towel and proper facilities.We are totally not satisfied with overall.

Hotel has good location for those who look for some quietness from busy Pattaya. Hotel looks very nice from the outside. Lobby area is nice too. But the bedrooms need urgent upgrading: old furniture, noisy airconditioning, aged bathroom.

overall this hotel is great. the only things they need to improve on are the pool, it wasn't very clean and the gym, it look like nobody has used it for quite a while.
