Underestimating Customer

I guess overall is OK, except there is slight distance from central pattya street. Private beach is nice and seafood were delicious. It seems quite nice for Russian guest, but it is not convenient for english speakers. All the tour only available for Russian guest and no English tour available. One thing I was really don't like was that the Taxi Service of this Hotel. They were trying to put addtional charges for tourlist who doesn't know about the fare price to the certain distination.(Almost double price) It is clearly stated the price of fare at the sign board, but they are trying to get more from my family. I work in Thailand and I could speak Thai language and complain about this issue. I think the hotel should instruct them not to do this for the guest stayed at this hotel. I wan unpleasant at the end.
