This hotel is very nice and the location is convenient. However, the staff is not well trained and the WI-FI does not work. There is road work going on and it is very hard to avoid the sound and dust form the road crew. I would recommend this hotel when the road work is complete.

The Naris hotel is situated on the main road to Jomtien Beach from Pattaya city, just as you are going up the big hill on the left-hand side.
