Quality Resort @ Pattaya Hill is the best valued hotel property in the area. The rooms are spacious with a nice view. The swimming pool is large and very clean. You might want to have a motorbike or car rental to get you up and down the hill since it is not within short walking distance of the main roads traveled by the song taew taxis. The hotel location places you just far enough away from the noise and crowds of South Pattaya, but not too far.
