Royal Palace Hotel is always our first choice when staying at Pattaya, Off the 8 visits in the last 5 years, 6 of them was at Royal palace Hotel, which speaks of our choice. I would definately recommend to all categories of travellers, except Back Packers.

I stayed here for the 4th time and everytime that I will go to Pattaya and I really love the place! Very, VERY, covenient to everything (walking street, mall, restaurants, beach). The price is very reasonable!!!

Standard of the hotel was spot on and location was perfect however for about the first time in my many visits to Asia I found the service dreadful, particularly at the front desk. A couple of the staff seemed to go out of their way to make things as awkward as possible. Also I had booked months ....

No longer on my list of hotels to stay in Pattaya as the Front Desk were horribly impolite and rude. The security was rather high-handed and would NEVER recommend anyone to stay there.
