Generally quite good, but a few minor problems. Although registered on arrival, my Thai girlfriend was refused the room key one night. Having registered as a guest this should never have happened. My Ruen Thai deluxe room 460 was extremely noisy until 3 am every morning from bar across the road.

Room was clean, people were very friendly, service was great. Too many single men picking up Thai woman, very uncomfortable feeling. Very noisy at night time, between 3-4 you cannot sleep because all the men are coming back with their Thai girls. The swimming pool is swarmed with men and their girls....

The hotel is pretty good, i found the rooms clean and a good size, the only down side is the corridor runs outside your window so you could not leave your door open. Location is good and it wasn't noise.
