Stay here every year. This year they seemed to be more busy so the word must be out. Not the nicest around but love the location away from the main drag of Pattaya but easy to get in 5 minutes. Will definitley stay again in the future...

I have stayed a couple of times so I know what to expect. Location wise it suits me down to the ground- Perfect. The staff are always very friendly and are always very eager to assist with any query / question.

I've stayed here a few times before, but this year the standards seem to have fallen. The showers didn't work properly (the pressure rose and fell, so one minute you were freezing and the next you were boiling). They started redecorating in the block we were in and the whole place smelled strongly....

This is the fourth time this year that I have stayed in the Sabai Resort. It is not the cheapest hotel in the area by far but I have always found the staff very welcolming and helpful. This time I paid a bit more and went for the Ruen Thai Paradise and it was money well spent. I would recommend this....

Good position back from the road.Very spacious with gardens all around.Quiet.Next to Big C shopping centre.200 metres from beach.5 minute taxi to centre but local nightlife very close also.Nice pool.Good pool bar and restaurant. Not 5 star but very nice for the money.Excellent budget holiday base.
