Budget hotel in central location

My recent stay @ Sawasdee Pattaya Hotel was a plesent one. I found the hotel staff to be helpfull & very friendly. The hotel is clean & tidy throughout. The location is quite good being just a short walk of the baht bus run on number 2 road opposite Mikes shopping mall. My one critism would be that the bedroom furniture has seen better day's & should have been replaced some time ago. I dont expect anything too fancy in a budget hotel but this needs attention. Having said that it would not prevent me from returning.
