One wing is near the local karioke bar and the VERY loud music does not stop until about 4am. so be warned! Altogether a good value budget hotel serving a very good breakfast and is well lcated.

Good budget hotel with reasonable facilities well located for central Pattaya. Stayed here before and may return in the future. Never had any problems. Not the quietest hotel.
