All in all it was a great stay, the staff was very good and helpful, room service was wonderful and responsive. But am a bit irked at having to cancel my 4th night due to an urgent departure and they still charged me for it, most hotels I stay at never do that and never require me to write a stateme....

hotel looks much better on webpage than in reality. Location is convenient but no good views from many rooms (other high buildings near the hotel). No electronic cards to the rooms. In room bar only non-alcohol beverages. 600 Baht joiner fee - not fair taking into account that I've paid 3000Baht per....
